Feature & Follow Friday #38

It's time for Feature & Follow Friday number thirty-eight!!!

Let's take a look at this week's question:


QUESTION: Do you like fantasy or realistic books?


ANSWER: I honestly like both (reading and writing) fantasy and realistic books. I love being able to escape to another world / a new world while reading fatnasy; but I also love that I can connect my own personal experiences to plots of realistic books (depending on the story of course).

A happy medium that I often love to read and write about are books that have fantasy elements in them, but are set in the real world. That way I can be transported to a new world and make connections to my own world ... if that makes sense.

    Hopping through. I do like high fantasy but I think my favorite kind of fantasy is the happy medium kind that you describe.

    I agree! I love both! If I absolutely had to choose, I'd choose fantasy! You put it perfectly! There is something special about being able to escape to another world (especially when I'm having a bad day!).

    I totally understand what you're saying! I like both, I can't choose between them because each have their pecks, so I think is all about the mood.

    Nice! Your second paragraph is how I love reading and writing too! I love a real world setting with paranormal beings in it! That's my go to genre. So I said as well that I like both, but blended!

    I am a Paranormal freak but I also love some great romance anything from historical to erotic so I guess both would be my answer.
