It's time for TUNEY TUESDAY!!!! :D
Here are the rules:
Tuney Tuesdays is a weekly meme that Eileen at ***Singing and Reading in the Rain*** and I at J.A.Y.A.! host. It's really easy! Just:
- Once a week, on Tuesday, choose a song that you might be really into that particular week.

So the song I chose to do this week is called Run the World [Girls] by none other than Beyonce! This song is so empowering to women everywhere, and it doesn't hurt that it's SUPER catchy and fun to dance to! The background song is actually called Pon de Floor by Major Lazer; my friend and I loved it so much that we actually spent all night last year trying to figure out what the song was called (because it doesn't really have any lyrics) ... and funny enough a couple months after we figured it out Beyonce came out with this song! The song is self-explanatory, and it's telling women to take control of their lives, and not let anyone run it for you; because women are strong, A LOT stronger than men give us credit for sometimes! So let's go ladies; LET'S RUN THE WORLD!!!!!
Now below, I posted two videos: the first is her really cool music video for the song; and the second is actually a performance she did at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards ... it was SOOOOOOO AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
